Treasure Edwards is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management after joining the firm as an intern in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She is currently Vice President, Head of Regional Strategy for the Southeast Region based in Atlanta, GA. In this role she specializes in strategic planning, regional operations, and transformational business initiatives for the Field. As Head of Regional Strategy, she leads the Southeast Region’s strategic efforts, navigating a network of over 3,000 Financial Advisors, nearly 200 managers, and approximately $4 billion in revenue.

During her tenure at the firm, Treasure has also served as a Senior Regional Analyst for the Southeast Region and Market Administrator for the Atlanta Buckhead Market. Following her internship, Treasure joined the 2013 Wealth Management Branch Analyst Program, completing two years of business-specific rotations. She continues to give back to the firm program by co-chairing the Branch Analyst Alumni Network.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Treasure is deeply committed to fostering leadership, community, and inclusivity. She currently sits on the Emerging Leaders Advisory Council under the Institute for Inclusion within the firm and is part of the 2024 Class of Leadership Perimeter, a professional organization that provides strategic leadership development and collaborative civic engagement in metro-Atlanta’s central Perimeter area. During her time in graduate school, Treasure was also the Co-Director for The Society for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Business at Georgia State University.

Treasure holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s in Finance with a Specialization in Professional Sales and Marketing from The University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, Alabama), supplemented by FINRA licenses, including Series 7, 66, 9, and 10. She and her husband, Kennard, love to travel the world and consider themselves amateur Foodies. They currently live in Brookhaven, GA although she is a proud Atmore, Alabama native.
