Garrett Mullins

Garrett Mullins has more than 30 years of corporate sales and management experience specializing in large-scale customer engagement and strategic customer experience solutions for commercial, federal, and non-profit organizations. Garrett has managed customer-centric operations for FedEx, Purolator Courier, IBM, and strategic outsourcing companies to include Vice President level roles Teletech (TTEC) and an acquisition of Alorica, Inc. He joins the Unique Individual board of directors serving as a Vice President for Valor Global, a global business process outsourcing provider for both profit and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Valor Global, Garrett served as the Chief Operations Officer of a minority and veteran owned provider of similar citizen customer engagement services for current and former military families.

 

His service to families and children with special medical needs is rooted in his service and support of ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Children’s Egleston Hospital of Atlanta, and Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. Garrett has served as a member of Rotary International and is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., a national philanthropic partner of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

 

Garrett is a resident of Atlanta, and a graduate of Auburn University, completing undergraduate studies in Political Science and graduate executive studies at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
